A profile here is a directory on your own disk. Its browser data, its device identity and its proxy assignment all live there, and PowerOps opens it from the filesystem. There is no counter to enforce. Adding one would mean building a feature whose only job is to make the product worse until you pay. What costs us money is what crosses the network, so that is what the allowances count.

Opening a profile and creating one. Opening takes a workspace lock, so the same profile is never live on two machines at once; creating publishes a row to your workspace. Editing a profile, browsing in it, closing it, assigning a proxy and running a fingerprint check count for nothing at all.

The monthly pool takes over, which is what it is for: a migration or a launch week should not need an upgrade for one afternoon. Starter carries 1,000 a day, 5,000 a month of opens, so the pool absorbs several unusual days before anything is in the way. Profiles already open stay open.

Yes. No card, no billing details, no authorisation hold. Nothing is collected up front. You download the application, start the trial, and after 30 days you either subscribe or drop to the free plan. Nothing is deleted either way.

A separate tenant with its own profiles, folders, proxies, members and encryption key. Most people need one. You want a second when a set of accounts should not be visible alongside another: a client kept walled off, or a team that should see their own profiles and nothing else. Each one carries its own members and its own allowance, which is why it is the thing with a price. Your PowerOps and ArticleOps workspaces are the same workspaces.

Any paid ArticleOps subscription takes 50% off every paid PowerOps plan, for as long as you hold both. It is not a coupon and there is nothing to claim: the two products already share a workspace, so we can see which accounts hold both. It stacks with annual billing rather than replacing it, and the discount applies to PowerOps — taking PowerOps first does not change what ArticleOps costs. If you stop paying for ArticleOps, PowerOps returns to its normal price at the next renewal and nothing is billed retroactively.
