Why one browser is not enough

The problem is not that browsers are bad at this. It is that they were never asked to do it.

An ordinary browser

  • One cookie jar shared by everything you have signed into
  • One device reported to every site: screen, hardware, fonts, graphics

  • Separation means another machine, another OS user, or hoping a browser profile is enough

How PowerOps builds an isolated environment

Four things happen when a profile opens, and none of them are shared with any other profile.

    A directory of its own

    The profile has its own browser user-data directory on your disk. Cookies, Local Storage, IndexedDB and cached state live there and nowhere else, so no other profile can read them and closing one does not disturb another.

    An identity generated as a set

    Operating system, screen size, hardware, graphics adapter, fonts, timezone and languages are derived together from one stored seed. They are chosen so they cannot contradict each other. A timezone always matches its region. Cores always match a real memory pairing.

    A network route of its own

    The proxy assigned to the profile is copied onto it, so profiles never share a live credential. The browser process is launched behind that route for its whole session.

    A browser PowerOps controls

    The profile opens in Orbit Browser, the Chromium-based browser PowerOps installs, verifies and manages. Each open profile is its own browser process, and a profile records the build it was created against so its environment can be reproduced rather than approximated.

What you get on top of isolation

Isolation is the floor. Operating a few hundred isolated environments is the actual work.

  • Consistency between sessions

    The same profile presents the same device every time, because the identity is derived from a stored seed rather than rolled at launch.

  • Coherence inside a session

    Nothing is randomised independently. A profile that claims a Windows 11 device also reports the fonts, graphics strings and platform version that go with one.

  • Persistence you can move

    Cookies, Local Storage and IndexedDB can be captured, encrypted and restored on another of your machines through Cloud Sync, which is on the paid plans.

  • Network verification

    Test a proxy and see the address actually observed before an account ever touches it.

  • Operational visibility

    Preparing, Opening, Open, Closing, Syncing, Synced and Locked are states on the row, not guesses.

  • Scriptability

    Everything the application does to a profile can be done over the Local API on your own machine, on the paid plans.

Antidetect browsing, answered plainly

What does 'antidetect' actually mean?

It means the browser environment is designed so that separate accounts stay separate in storage, in the device identity reported to a site, and in the network route out. It does not mean a site cannot tell that a browser is a browser. Anyone selling that is selling a guess about software they do not control.

Is this different from a browser's own profiles or an incognito window?

Yes, in the two ways that matter. Browser profiles separate storage, but the device they report stays the same: same screen, same hardware, same fonts, same graphics adapter. The network stays the same too, unless you change it globally. An incognito window separates storage only until you close it. A PowerOps profile separates storage, device identity and network at once, and keeps all three the next time you open it.

Do I still need proxies?

If the accounts you keep apart should not share an outbound address, yes. Isolation of the browser and isolation of the network are different problems, and PowerOps solves them separately: a device identity per profile, and a proxy per profile from your own provider.

Does a profile keep the same identity every time?

Yes. The identity is generated from a stored seed, so the same profile produces the same device every time it opens. An identity that changed on each launch would be more obviously wrong than one that never changed at all.

What is PowerOps not for?

It is not a tool for evading a ban you earned, impersonating another person, or breaking a platform's rules. It is for running browser environments you are entitled to run without them contaminating each other.
