What this site stores

Before you answer the notice, this site stores nothing at all. Your answer is kept as one entry in your browser's localStorage, named po-analytics-consent, holding the word granted or denied. It records your choice rather than an account identifier and remains until you change it or clear site data. Use Cookie settings in the footer to turn analytics off at any time. This disables collection, removes accessible Google Analytics cookies on this site and reloads the page without the analytics script. It does not erase measurements already sent.

Analytics, if you accept

Accepting loads Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies to count visits and see which pages get read. Google receives technical information about the request, including browser and device information. Analytics is optional; declining does not restrict access to the website.

Declining loads nothing: no script is requested, no cookie is set and no request leaves your browser for a measurement service. This is not a banner that measures you while asking permission to measure you.

Storage and duration

• po-analytics-consent: localStorage preference, retained until changed or cleared.
• _ga and _ga_*: Google Analytics browser and session identifiers, only after acceptance. This site configures a 180-day cookie lifetime without extending it on each visit. Browser limits may shorten it.

Cookie expiry is separate from retention of reports already held by Google. See Google's privacy policy for information about its processing.

What this site does not do

This site does not load advertising pixels, external font services or third-party embeds. The analytics configuration disables Google signals and advertising personalization.

The download

The download link points at a storage host. When you fetch the file, that host sees the request the way any file server sees any request. The site itself adds nothing to it and stores nothing about it.

Changes

Any change to this policy lands on this page, with the date at the top updated to match. There is no separate notification system for it.
